You would think that in this era of new digital technology being developed on a daily basis, actors wouldn't have to physically transform themselves for a specific movie roll. One also has to wonder if its healthy for them to drop and gain weight like they do for these rolls. Rapper 50 Cent who is playing a cancer patient in a new movie he wrote, lost so much weight for the roll, he really does look sick.
