Shoe designer Christian Louboutin has been fighting the good fight to own the red bottoming of shoes. His first attempt to own this right was tossed out by a judge who couldn't understand the significance of the red sole shoes and the Louboutin brand. So Mr. Louboutin and his legal eagles have taken the fight in front of another judge they hope will understand why the red soles should be his and his alone to use. Hopefully its a female judge who loves shoes
