Its no secret that for some time now major active footwear companies like Reebok, Adidas and Nike have gone outside the sports world on a hunt to find the next big shiller for their brand. Nike has lead this effort and has done deals with some of hip hop's biggest names like Kanye West and now Drake. The rapper announced late Wednesday evening that he entered a deal with Nike's Jordan division. Kanye recently left Nike over some business differences and has since tied up with Adidas so it looks like Nike needed to get another major hip hop name in his place to help drive sales and Drake bit. Air Drakes anyone?
