Is embattled pop star Chris Brown looking to switch labels?
Chris Brown has been experiencing a lack of love within the music industry. He claims he is being black balled and unfairly punished for doing this. He recently reached out to his fans and friends begging them to help him out because nobody is playing his records and stores won't stock it. It is safe to say that Chris doesn't believe his current recording home, which is Jive Records is doing enough to make sure his records get the royalty treatment it used to get. So it is also safe to say that he may be kicking the tires on possible new recording homes. It has been rumored that he was joining Lil Wayne's over hyped Young Money operation, but that doesn't look like it will happen. Could Chris be trying to feel out Interscope Records Chairman Jimmy Iovine to see if he would be interested in taking him on? The two were spotted at a recent a b-ball game in L.A. chatting it up. We don't think a label switch is the answer to Chris's problems. he should have bowed out of the spotlight for a year or two after the this happened. But he came right back out expecting to get the same love. Good luck with that.
