Soundgarden to bloom again?

Via his Twitter page former Soundgarden and Audioslave front man Chris Cornell kind of announced that a Soundgarden reunion was in play for 2010 saying "The 12 year break is over & school is back in session. Sign up now. Knights of the Soundtable ride again" Cornell who has been busy with many recording projects, experimented with a new sound via collaborations with hip hop producer Timbaland. However the new sound didn't go over well with his die hard followers.  We here at Autoplayd like many of you out there are pleased to hear this news. We just hope it's not another bad rumor that got out of hand and Cornell is doing what P.Diddy did when rumors exploded that he was marrying long time girlfriend and mother of his children Kim Porter. Wouldn't it be so appropriate if the band were to hit the road in time for spring?
