Many artists get inspired during not so good times. They sometimes deliver some of their best work after experiencing an event that almost took their lives or stopped it in it's tracks for a few years. When 50 Cent was shot up, he came back big and in charge with a hit debut album after playing the underground for some time. Some even become more successful when they die. Both Tupac and The Notorious BIG are perfect examples of that. Well for former Poison front man Bret Michaels, he is trying to tap into this reality by releasing "Wasted Time" which is available for download via the mighty iTunes. Michaels sings: “Lately I just ain’t been myself,” he sings at the start of the song. “Lately, I’ve been feeling something else.” At another point he croons, “There’s a time to hurt, a time to heal.” Check it out if you care.
