Eat Right For Dick's Sake

Apparently there is a study that says the fatter a man is the lower his testosterone levels are...yeah no shit. Anyway low testosterone leads to softer erections...a big no no.  Not to worry, you can correct/avoid this by getting off your fat ass first of all, and then doing some free weight workouts everyday and eating food high in fiber and protein.  This should lead to your testosterone levels increasing and a harder longer erection.
