Hitting newsstands this week is Billboard magazine's annual summer preview issue which hi-lites the must watch or in this case must listen to artists for the season and why. The cover as you can see features U2's Bono, Britney Spears, Rick Ross, Taylor Swift and Janelle Monae all dressed in flannel and khakis holding a surfboard. Not necessarily beach dress but we get the picture.
