Tired of waiting for Lil Wayne's much anticipated "Carter IV" CD? Well the wait is almost over and he is throwing in a new mixtape for your troubles. MTV received confirmation that the CD has been completed and has a release date of August 29. Wayne must have been working hard to get it right for his fans because the new CD has some interesting cuts and guest appearances."Tha Carter IV" will include Weezy's slowed down ode to the ladies, "How to Love," which he admits was inspired by the late Tupac Shakur.[Billboard]
"That song is just sweeping the world. It's touching every woman, that's what it was for," Wayne told MTV. "It was like Tupac had 'Keep Ya Head Up' and it was a message to women and little girls across the world just to keep your head up even though things are hard."
