We love it when big name artist colaborate and make great music together. We even love it more when the collaboration is by two artists we would've probably never thought about pairing.
Coldplay teamed up with Rihanna for "Princess of China," a track on the band's new album, Mylo Xyloto, so it's not exactly a surprise that they would cover her new single "We Found Love" when asked to perform another artist's tune on BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge show. It may surprise that their rendition is actually pretty good. Whereas Rihanna's version is a thumping rave anthem, Chris Martin and company transform it into a lovely piano ballad nearly indistinguishable from many of their own songs.
