The Met Gala -aka- The Oscars of the East took place on Monday night. The whose who was in music, film, art, media and more dressed in their gala best and posed for the drooling paparazzi. Kanye West was there in his custom tailored tux but he didn't have a date. With all the recent stories and photos of he and alleged girlfriend Kim Kardashian who by the way is still married, everyone expected her to attend. But according to the New York Post, Kim K was banned by the Fashion queen herself, Vogue editor and Gala host Anna Wintour simply because Ms. Wintour hates the camera hogging reality starlet.
“Anna hates Kim,” a source tells the site. “Why would she be invited to the event? It is all the biggest stars in the world and Kim doesn’t fit that bill at all.”
"Kim and her camp will deny that she wasn’t invited by saying that she had business in LA, but that is a lie. She would of done anything to be there with all the A-listers," the source furthered. “The Met Gala is $25,000 a ticket, but Kim couldn't even buy her way in."
