We never thought for a second that Justin Timberlake was done with music, after all he made his fortune from music. However we didn't really expect him back right now tearing up the charts and bringing in sales of almost 1 million units of his new "The 20/20 Experience" CD in its first week of release. We thought he would continue to focus on his acting gigs and other business ventures like Myspace.com. But we now know why the pop star is back full force on the music scene.
According to The Hollywood Reporter,
Justin Timberlake's abrupt fast and heavy return to music, and, later
this year, to the stage will be because of a touring commitment to Live
Nation made in 2009 with the singer. The partnership with Timberlake involved the singer
receiving $20 million — $5 million free — in return for a deal to
perform for Live Nation.
