Ladies and gentlemen, this is happening. The incredibly stylish Chicago-native and rapper, Kanye West, is making a long awaited fashion comeback. In just a few days, his collaboration with the French brand, A.P.C., will be released. The two partners revealed the news via Twitter earlier this week - @kanyewest: Thank you Jean Touitou for letting me create with you http://www.kanyewest.com and the A.P.C. founder wrote, @jeantouitou: Kanye West collaborates with A.P.C. Known for it's simplicity, the newest A.P.C. collection will consist of denim pants, hoodies and t-shirts.
The pieces have yet to hit the shelves and rumors have already began of Kanye re-continuing his own designer label, DW, named after his deceased mother, Donda West. Kanye's first and only two collections in the spring of 2012 and later in fall 2012 were noted as a complete success - hence the numerous celebrity and fashion veterans' front row appearances. Needless to say, the industry has yet to disapprove this man's taste in women's style, shown both on and off the runway and even through styling his women of interest.
As Paris Fashion Week continues and Mr. West makes his appearances to various shows, he is also planning. With a new baby girl and a brand new album (Yeezus), the only thing missing is a brand new line! Sources say that Kanye is in search of a new designer to help construct his newest collection leaning towards a "sexy Margiela" style. So what exactly can we expect?
