#6 #Actors Who Could've Easily Been The Next #Batman

Unlike the Spiderman films, keeping with tradition is what Warner Bros Studios insists on. They tend to stick within the older establishment when it comes to the Batman films. by handing Ben Affleck the roll of Batman in the next "Man of Steele" Movie this further solidifies that tradition. Though Ben is a solid choice we thought we would share with you, six actors we believe would've easily taken the Batman character to new heights. One of them is a total wildcard, as picking him would shift the needle for the iconic character. Here now are the six actors we think would've also been solid choices to play Batman.

JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT: We were convinced that JGL would've been the next Batman based on how "Rise of The Dark Knight" ended. But there is still hope that he will one day slip into the legendary roll in the footsteps of some of Hollywood's best. Next time we guess.

ZAC EFRON: Zac has really grown over the years as an actor and is among Hollywood's fast rising stars. Zac spent most of the 2000s shaking the Disney image that made him the star he is today and it has been a successful transition. We would've love to have seen him in the roll of Batman. With his superhero physique and solid female following, Efron as Batman would've introduced the franchise to a new and influential audience.

RYAN GOSLING: Ryan would've killed as Batman. He would bring a whole new energy to the character with his cool calm demeanor. Gosling is known to take on his characters by mentally and physically becoming them. He easily fits the bill of what Warner Bros. studio goes for when picking the man to play one of their biggest characters. With a solid following among young movie goers and the independent film crowd, Gosling would've re-introduce the character and movie to that audience giving the franchise some influence which it has been lacking with that demo.

CHRIS PINE: Chris knows a thing or two about saving lives in movies. He's already part of the huge Startrek franchise staring as Kirk, so he would've hit the ground running as Batman. He is another one we wont cross of any list to eventually take on the roll in the future.

CHRIS EVANS: The other Chris on our list. So he's actually played superheroes before. As Captain America and as Torch in The Fantastic Four . So he has the most experience in that area which we think would automatically put him on some secret list of future Batman stars kept in the desk drawer of some big shot studio exec. Chris is witty and physically capable of pulling off most of his own stunts. He bulked up to play Captain America and we think a more bulked up Batman would give the character a little more superheroness.

BORIS KODJOE: OK so for many of you, you can't see Boris in this roll. But that is just it. He is our wildcard on this list. Boris may not have a blockbuster under his belt, but this is what makes him so unique, along with the fact that he would be the first black actor to take on the roll of Batman. Putting him in the suit would revive the interest of black movie goers in the Batman franchise.  It would also shake up a casting pattern which has made the roll a white only roll. Boris playing Batman would also be the biggest shot in the arm his career could get, by introducing this budding actor to the world.
