There are many countries around the world that are known to be weed friendly. Countries like Portugal decriminalized drugs which has resulted in major decreases in drug use, trafficking and even the HIV rate has fallen. Uruguay is about to take over the marijuana industry in an effort to squeeze out the black market. In North Korea, Marijuana is not considered a drug and is used by people at the end of a long day to whine down much like the use alcohol here in America. In America, after a long day at work, people usually look to the bottle. For the foreseeable future, marijuana will remain illegal here in the U.S at a federal level, especially because the government already burned through $300 million fighting medical marijuana.
