Kanye West who beat a kid down for calling fiance Kim Kardashian a "N---er lover", has reached a $250,000 civil settlement with the young man who is satisfied enough with the money that he will not go forward with criminal charges against the rapper. However Kanye is not totally out of the woods as the D.A. is still not sure if it will file charges.
