The small town of Wolfboro New Hampshire with 6,300 residents 20 of whom are black is calling for the head of the town's police commissioner, 82 year old Robert Copeland after he used the "N-Word" when describing the President. During a public meeting, many of the town's residents demanded he apologized and and resign, but Copeland is standing behind his statement and refusing to apologize saying:
"I believe I did use the 'N' word in reference to the current occupant of the Whitehouse. For this, I do not apologize — he meets and exceeds my criteria for such."
More than 100 people packed into the meeting room at the Wolfeboro Public Library, where librarian Joyce Davis said she can't remember an issue in 40 years that has sparked so much emotion and outcry. Many of the people wore on their shirts handmade stickers saying, "Resign," directed at Copeland.
