Chris Brown's Lawyers Get More Time to Back Their Story Up

Chris Brown's defense lawyers won more time to look into whether or not the embattled pop star violated his court-ordered community service. 

Prosecutors maintain Brown lied about his 180 days of community labor in Virginia and they have outlined a series of inconsistencies with a report prepared by Richmond police about the number of community service hours Brown had actually served.

Its been rumored since her break up with Chris Brown that Rihanna has been on a non-stop sexcapade with the who is who in in music, film and the modeling world. Rihanna has no problem expressing herself when it comes to sex and guys she want to lay with. She sings about it and even hints at it in interviews with major publications. One of her latest conquests was reported to be model Dudley O'Shaunessy who she hand picked to be in her mega hit video for "We Found Love". After the video shoot wrapped, the singer and the black Irish model were photographed out and about together for about two weeks and then that was it. During an interview Rihanna stated that the first time she saw Dudley, she wanted to F**k him. However according to Dudley, nothing sexual happened between them. He is either being a gentleman which is honorable or Rihanna didn't get her wish. But is this habit of talking like "a man" backfiring on Rihanna? In the past week one of her former boyfriends (Chris Brown) and another rumored fling, rapper Drake, took to twitter and reportedly attacked her for being, loose? Were these tweets/songs about the singer or was it just random?Ebony.com's Michael Arceneaux believes those tweets and even some songs recently posted online by some well known male artists were in fact taking jabs at the singer and he explains why they need to stop.

Last week, the R&B star Chris Brown tweeted the track and immediately after he did many suspected that he took thinly veiled shots at his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, whom he notoriously beat in 2009. The lyrics in question are: "Don't f--k with my old bitch, it's like a bad fur/ Every industry n---- done had her/ Shook the tree like a pumpkin just to smash her/ B*tch is breaking codes, but I'm the password." Mind you, this is coming from the person with chastity-belt bangers like “Strip” currently blanketing radio...who also beat Rihanna brutally just three years ago. THIS PERSON feels he can make a reasoned judgment about her sexual behavior.

Pop superstar Rihanna is either making a strategic business move or she is trying to rid herself of bad memories. Back in 2009 the singer dropped a cool $6.9 million on a bachelorette pad in Beverly Hills during the thick of her relationship with fellow popster Chris Brown. There is no doubt the young singers spent plenty of time there together during their relationship. Now the house is up for sale for $4.5m a huge loss for the singer and no word on where she plans to relocate on the west coast.

Planking has taken the pop culture by storm as the latest new craze and its all thanks to some of today's top celebrities like Justin Bieber, Diggy Simmons, Chris Brown and others who've posted pictures of themselves online planking in unusual places. Credit for the whole planking thing has been credited to Australian teenagers. But for those who look deeper on the history and the true birth of planking it goes back to the slave trade days where slave owners packed ships with slaves by chaining them to wooden planks sometimes in a face down position stacked high to fit as many as possible. Rapper/Actor Xhibit doesn't think it's funny due to these reasons and thinks that people should know the history of something before they hop on the bandwagon.

"Planking was a way to transport slaves on ships during the slave trade, it's not funny. Educate yourselves," he later tweeted, before continuing: "Don't get it twisted. I care less where your dumb asses lay face down and take pictures of the shit, I'm just telling you where it came from."

A number of bloggers and online commentators have moved to back the former Pimp My Ride host's slave trade claims, citing research which apparently shows that slaves were forced to adopt the pose when they were chained to 'plank' beds.

Nick van de Wall , known by his stage and production name AfroJack, is 23 years old and will go down in history as the man who helped propel Chris Brown back at the top with the smash masterpiece "Look at me now". Born and raised in Spijkenisse, Netherlands,the Grammy winner was listed as number 19 on DJ Mags top 100 DJs of 2010. This was the highest new entry of the year's list. Van de Wall is also famous for his trademark revival in the 2000s of the acid house sound of the late 1980s. Adding to his super producer hat, Van de Wall is also a recording artist whose song "Take Over Control," which featured Dutch singer Eva Simons, charted in a number of countries.
