It's no secret that pop diva Mariah Carey has been seen with husband Nick Cannon leaving and entering medical clinics over the past few months. In fact its these very pictures and Mariah's rapid weight gain that jump started the rumor that she is trying to have a baby and may actually now be pregnant. While this new photo really doesn't confirm if the singer is pregnant or not, it does confirm that she has gained quite a few pounds which some experts are calling a healthy baby weight of a mom to be.
