UPDATE: The Obama administration said they will be handling the bombing in Boston as an "Act of Terror", therefore utilizing all resources to investigate and track down the individual(s), domestic and/or international responsible for the bombings. Explosion at JFK Library in downtown Boston is being investigated as a related event. Questions now linger as to who is behind this, and is there more to come. Boston PD and FBI officials are combing through footage taken by spectators during the marathon in a hunt for clues and odd behavior by individuals at the finish line. They are also looking at footage from days before for any leads. At the time of this update, law enforcement officials had no leads on possible suspects, at least not publicly.
