For the past four years, Solange Knowles has uniquely put a stamp on the fashion and music industries. No longer known as superstar Beyonce's little sister, she has made a name for herself and her image. The singer, DJ and model developed an indie style in 2009 and has only perfected it since then. From close to the scalp locks to voluminous fros, Solange finds confidence in her individual sense of style and always stays True to herself (True is the title of her latest EP). No one can mix prints and combine bold hues quite like this gal. Her month-long style blog collaboration with Vogue UK in February 2012 and placement on US Vogue's 2012 Best Dressed list can attest to that. She is not her hair. She is not her music. She is just Solange.
