Monday evening's Fashion Awards for the Council of Fashion Designers of America was a hot commodity in both New York City and on social media. New York fashion lovers - those invited and those who stood outside of the red carpet gates - fled to the Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall for another annual night of playing dress-up. First Met Gala and now CFDA, the fashion industry is tactfully preparing its fans for a wonderful season to come. See how these world famous designers, models, magazines and its editors and blogs and bloggers prepared for and enjoyed this one night event on no media outlet other than, Instagram. Not only are these fashion heads apart of Hollywood's elite, thankfully, they have taken us through their personal CFDA journey. It's safe to say Instagram is an absolute fashion must-have.
