Howard Stern is the answer to keeping Idol alive after Simon Cowell departs

The buzz is getting louder about who will replace Simon Cowell as a judge on the popular American Idol show. Since Cowell confirmed his upcoming departure, tongues have been wagging about who will take his place and whether or not he will get to hand pick his replacement. Since Paula Abdul got canned, she hasn't officially been replaced. Instead there has been a rotation of individuals filling her spot. Talk show giant Ellen DeGeneres will join the gang tonight as the show goes to the Hollywood where the elimination process begins. But DeGeneres won't be a permanent face behind the judging table going into other seasons. Names that have been tossed around by speculators to replace Cowell includes Mathew Knowles, father of Beyonce which we think would truly bring about the end of AI. Then we heard Jamie Foxx, another bad choice. But their is one name we are now hearing about and we are already loving the idea. Radio king Howard Stern is said to be in talks to takeover Cowell's spot and we really think the folks at Fox need to make sure this happens. Howard Stern as a Judge on Idol will send the show waaay over the top because his fans will now tune in to see their idol tell it like it is to America's wannabe singers.  Howard would bring a new type of shock that Simon only barely delivered and we think America would eat it up. This is a no brainer people. Howard Stern is absolutely the right choice to join American Idol as a Judge.
